DRY ICE BLASTING MACHINES
and other specialized CO2 Equipment
Because one size doesn't fit all jobs.
Because one size doesn't fit all jobs.
Dry ice blasting is a commercial cleaning process that requires specialized
equipment to deliver an unbeatable, deep clean using dry ice pellets.
It is an ideal method for cleaning commercial and industrial facilities, however, many dry ice blasting machines are large, bulky and need ample space to operate.
Viking dry ice blasting machines have been built with challenging environments in mind.
Equal in power and efficiency to other models, but with innovative designs and compact features, the Viking 3000 and the Viking Mini offer portability, reliability and affordability to plant operators and contractors.
Slim and strong. Offering the same strength and durability as bigger models but only 400mm/15.75in wide, the Viking 3000 can easily be operated in narrow spaces such as between machines in production areas.
Width: 400 mm/15.75 in
Height: 1110 mm/43.70 in
Length: 780 mm/30.70in
Weight: 80 kg/176 lbs
The Viking 3000 has been designed to operate in tight spaces. Controls are at the back of the machine, protected behind the handles, instead of protruding from the sides of where they can catch on equipment.
The hopper holds 25 kg/55 lbs of dry ice. For most applications, the Viking 3000 will operate for more than 30 minutes before refill.
Robust stainless steal construction. Capable of low to high aggression - 40 psi to 250 psi. Includes 7.62m/25 foot blast hose with gun, nozzle and low to high pressure inserts. Available in pneumatic and electric power (110v).
Compact and robust. At a height of only 610mm/24in high and weighing only 29kg/64lbs, the Viking Mini is easy to store and bring out for frequent use to clean small parts, electronics, process and packaging equipment.
Width: 480 mm/18.90 in
Height: 610 mm/24 in
Length: 550 mm/21.65 in
Weight: 29 kg/64 lbs
The Viking Mini has been designed for frequent use in work areas. Producing minimal noise, the Mini makes it possible to carry out a cleaning job without interrupting production.
The hopper holds 8 kgs/17.64 lbs of dry ice. For most applications, the Viking Mini can operate for approximately 20 minutes before refill.
Includes a 3 m/9.84 ft blast hose with a diameter of .5 in/12.7 mm. Available in electric power (110v).
Portable and convenient. From transporting perishable goods such as food or medical supplies to keeping grapes cool in wineries and shrinking metal in fabrication, the Viking CO2 Snowhorn, together with hose and pistol grip, makes producing CO2 snow quick and easy.

The Viking CO2 Snowhorn has been designed for convenience and easy use. The six-foot flexible hose is stainless steel construction and the pistol grip valve is brass construction covered with plastic grips for ergonomic comfort. The valve automatically shuts off when the trigger is released. The assembly incorporates a 1500 psig safety relief valve in the event CO2 liquid becomes trapped in the hose.
The Viking CO2 Snowhorn uses either a high pressure CO2 siphon cylinder or a liquid cylinder designed for liquid withdrawal (both cylinders are available through your local gas supplier). The standard assembly comes complete with a CGA 320 nut and gland and a supply of Teflon™ washers for easy connection to a siphon CO2 or liquid cylinder complete with liquid withdrawal.
